ادبی وثقافت کا علمبردار رسالہ نواے قلم کی بازدید ہوئی ۔نواے قلم نۓ اور پرانے قلمکاروں کا ملا جلا خوبصورت امتزاج پیش کرتا ہے جہاں تجربہ ،تجزیہ اور مشاہدات پڑھنے کو ملتے ہیں وہی نسل نو کی نئ سوچ اور فکر بھی ان کی کامیاب تخلیقات سے ظاہر ہوتی ہے ۔ نواے قلم دور حاضر میں ایک توانا و دلچسپیوں سے معمور معیاری رسالہ مانتی ہوں جو خصوصاً تربیتی نقطہ نظر کا غماز ہے ۔
شروعات ترتیب و تزئین سے لے میگزین میں ہر عمر کے افراد کو اپنی جانب راغب کرنے اور ان کی علمی و ادبی تشقی کی عمدہ خوبیاں اس میں نظر آئی۔ اس کی بنیاد وسیع اور بنیادی مقاصد پر رکھی گئی ہے ۔ اس کے مضامین کے انتخاب کی کسوٹی منتظمین و ذمہ داران کی سماج ، معاشرہ اور خاندان پر عمیق مشاہدہ اور بصیرت کو واضح کرتی ہے ۔

یقیناً ادب دنیا میں نواے قلم صلاحیتوں اور ذہن کو صحیح سمت دینے کا فریضہ ادا کرنے میں موئثر ٹابت ہوں گا ۔
